Hey Everyone,
It occurred to me this week when I was corresponding with subscribers, clients, and Racers Workout owners by email, that the culprit for why we are short of our racing fitness goals, is less about ourselves and more about everything else. ?I know it isn't fashionable in the self-help, personal accountability rage age we are living in to never lay blame elsewhere. I also know it isn't necessarily a good idea most times to pass off the responsibility for our results. But that is precisely what I am going to do right now.
Bottom line, we are in the information overload age and it can cause confusion and paralysis from action that is necessary to not only get fit for racing , but achieve anything lasting in life.

What is missing is structure and how it all fits together for our maximum benefit. ?This is especially true in fitness and even more true for sport specific training such as workouts for auto racing. All the information in the does none of us any good unless we can put it into practice in a beneficial way that respects our limited time.
I spend a great deal of my time reading and researching the various resources out there in the form of articles, consultation programs, blog posts and sample videos on the subject of auto racing fitness. There are some great ideas, some ok ideas, ?a lot of overlap and wasted words and very little organization and structure. ?If we buy into the ideal that we want the best information, which gets us the best results to create wins on the racetrack AND we also want the most efficient use of our time, let's look at Racers Workout as an option:

Look, you all have read this Magazine. ?When there is a great idea out there that will make us all better I share it. No one has a monopoly on great information. ?I am always updating, always adding elements to the workout and I always look to tailor them personally to you. This is as close to having your own professional Racers Trainer as you could possibly get. ?I am mighty expensive in person, so maybe it is as close as you'd want to get.
